RESUMEN

Many countries were affected by the appearance of SARS-COV-2 that was spreading rapidly, causing damage to humanity and causing a global crisis, this generated a generalized quarantine to avoid the physical approaches recommended by the health system, affecting all students in the world, since it was wanted to avoid forming foci of contagion in educational centers, for this reason, some automated systems that are marketed in the markets were applied to combat the pandemic in educational centers, but they are inefficient when registering the work attendance of teachers, causing loss of time in the registration process and causing an agglomeration of people due to the failure in the registration process, in addition to not allowing to manage the reports of the teacher's work attendance. In view of this problem, in this article the management of an automatic system was carried out to generate reports on the attendance control of the teaching staff in the educational center and control the working hours of each teacher to be visualized through a user interface, being able to control the labor discipline of each teacher since all the records will be stored in a database. Through the development of the system, it was observed that the system works effectively since an efficiency of 98.87% was obtained in its operation to control the time of entry and exit of each teacher, being an accepted value since the process is conducted safely. © 2023 International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication. RESUMEN

COVID-19 is a disease that directly affects the respiratory tract, being harmful in asthmatic patients because this condition causes a lack of oxygen, even to the extent that it requires external equipment to combat drowning. Likewise, it highlights the importance of maintaining a treatment or therapy correctly to prevent your disease from worsening or being exposed to other diseases, putting your health at risk. The diseases that asthmatic patients can acquire can result from pathologies, which have been growing over the years due to lack of equipment or efficient examinations that generate complete information about respiratory conditions about asthmatic patients, therefore, by developing an advanced system, the chances of detecting pathologies prematurely increase considerably, which is an essential tool today. According to the problem exposed, in this research an automatic system of detection of pathologies in the respiratory system was carried out for the care of the patient with bronchial asthma visualized by computerized radiography, so that any pathology can be detected by means of a premature diagnosis in the respiratory system and the doctor can perform a correct treatment on the asthmatic patient. Through the tests carried out by the system, its performance was accurate and efficient, being suitable to be implemented in various hospitals so that the doctor can treat the disease in time, since the system presented a 98.79% efficiency in the detection of pathologies. © 2023 International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication. RESUMEN

The COVID-19 pandemic has established not only a health emergency, but has generated an emergency in the control of personal data of all those people who make use of technological means, which increased the activity of phishing which consists of the theft of personal data through the circulation of false information through the different social networks, in addition, the circulation with messages related to the cure of this disease only for the theft of data. This research develops a mobile application that detects malicious URLs found within the content of textmessages. The developed application performs an analysis of the URLs according to the database that is updated with each attack detected, performing a blocking of the content and notifies the user of the actions that canbetaken, with this the theft of the personal data of the users is avoided. This application is very useful for all those people who use mobile equipment (mobile) and have no knowledge of these types of attacks, since they are likely to perform the actions that the perpetrators foresee for the obtaining of their personal data, so this application provides a means of security against these types of phishing attacks. © 2022 by the Author(s).

RESUMEN

The objective of this research is to determine the psychological impact of the coronavirus pandemic on heads of families residing in a marginal population of North Lima. It is a quantitative study, with a descriptive-cross-sectional and correlational design, with a population of 360 heads of household residents in 4 human settlements in North Lima, where two instruments were used to find the psychological impact and fear regarding COVID-19. In the results, the normality of the distribution of the results of the variables and their dimensions was determined through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test. The results identified that the results of the variables and their components have a non-normal distribution (p<0.05), therefore, nonparametric tests will be used to find relationships between them or with the characteristics of the sample, also it indicates that the female sex shows a close correlation in both applied instruments. In conclusion, strategies for the promotion and prevention of mental health should be sought, so that the population can have the necessary knowledge to develop strategies to protect their mental health. © 2022 The Authors. RESUMEN

In December 2019, a series of cases of pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 were identified in Wuhan (China), which was declared by the WHO as a pandemic on March 11th, 2020, because it caused enormous problems for the global public health due to its rapid expansion. In Peru it was only on March 6th, 2020, that the first case of COVID-19 was reported, therefore, the government took some measures to control the spread of the virus. A biosafety measure that is frequently used is taking the temperature with an infrared thermometer, which is not well seen by some specialists due to the error it has, therefore, it would not represent a safe measurement, as other measurement systems do.. In view of this problem, in this article a thermal image processing system was carried out to detect possible cases of patients with COVID-19, in such a way that the system performs a more accurate measurement of body temperature and can be implemented in any place, where this measurement is intended to be carried out, helping to combat the spread of the virus that currently continues to affect many people. Through the development of the system, tests were conducted with various people, obtaining a more accurate measurement of body temperature with an efficiency of 95% at 1 m between the drone and the person, in such a way that if it presents a body temperature above 37°C could be infected with COVID-19. © 2022 International Journal of Emerging Technology and Advanced Engineering. RESUMEN

COVID-19 does not show signs of having disappeared, being a very contagious disease, the WHO recommended limiting the free movement of people, since from its appearance until May 1st, 2021, it caused the death of more than 3.2 million of people around the world. In Peru, it economically affected those people who generated income every day to survive, for this reason some activities were reactivated complying with the biosafety measures that are the use of mandatory mask and social distancing (more than 1 meter). Taking body temperature with an infrared thermometer is an optional measure, generating rejection by specialists, indicating that there is little evidence of its sensitivity and specificity and of its doubtful ability to detect fever. In view of this problem, this article will implement a thermal image processing system to detect possible cases of patients with COVID-19, in such a way that the system performs a more accurate measurement of body temperature, and it can be implemented in any place where such measurement is intended, helping to combat the spread of the virus that currently continues to affect many people. The system has a more accurate measurement of body temperature with an efficiency of 95% at 1 meter between the drone and the person, in such a way that if it presents a body temperature higher than 40°C it could be infected with COVID-19. © 2021 IJETAE Publication House. RESUMEN

INEI affirms that in 2020 6.7% of the student population of Regular Basic Education (RBE) belonging to rural areas did not access any type of distance education implemented by the Ministerio de Educación (MINEDU) due to social isolation by the National Emergency by the COVID-19. That is why the research work is proposed, which consists of providing coverage with a radio signal in modulated frequency (FM) to the towns that belong to the district of Cojata-Puno and other beneficiaries, to retransmit information related to virtual education denominated "Aprendo en Casa"that is transmitted by web, radio, and television in national channels. In this project, the satellite signal of National Radio of Peru will be used to broadcast the audio programs through the modulated frequency signal, for which studies were first carried out to raise the profile of the project, which consists in obtaining the geographical coordinates and the elevation profile to determine the free space for the propagation of the radio frequency signal and to verify the broad coverage of the signal in the strategic areas, for the location of the places, the different simulations with the support of radio Mobile software, Google Earth and MMANA-GAL, obtaining favorable line-of-sight results with 100% of the first Fresnel zone cleared with respect to the Kantati Ururi community with a reception level of -49.7 dBm which means a high hearing level at the receiver. It is concluded that it is possible to provide a radio signal using FM. © 2021 Seventh Sense Research Group.

RESUMEN

The problem that the world is currently facing and that has claimed more than 3.2 million lives worldwide is COVID-19. Being a highly contagious disease, the WHO recommended limiting the movement of people out of their residence. Given this, Peru took the necessary measures to control the spread of this virus, therefore, the government decreed a general quarantine in the country, which from March 6th to May 9th, 2020, had reported the death of 1814 people in the country, because the health system at the national level was not prepared for such magnitude, in addition to that the number of infections continued to grow since they do not respect social distancing. In view of this problem, this article will design a thermal image processing system to detect possible cases of patients with COVID-19, in such a way that it allows companies or institutions to know the body temperature of each person, and thus know they are possibly COVID-19 patients. Through the design of this system, it will be possible to measure body temperature with the drone and the thermal camera at 50 cm from the person, in such a way that if the person has a body temperature higher than 38°C it could be infected with COVID-19. Therefore, the implementation of this system will help reduce the number of infections within an institution or workplace. © 2021 International Journal of Emerging Technology and Advanced Engineering. RESUMEN

One of the biggest environmental problems in the world is the excess of plastic waste. Although it is true, around the world there are companies that are responsible for recycling plastic waste, since 42% of plastics that are generated worldwide have a single utility. In Peru, the culture of recycling is not promoted, each year approximately each person uses 30 kilos of plastic and that only in Metropolitan Lima and Callao 46% of plastic waste is generated nationwide. In view of this problem, this article will design a plastic shredding machine to obtain small plastic waste to help people to be dedicated to the recycling industry in an automated way, it would also generate jobs since it requires a staff in charge of the machine and it will also be extremely useful to reduce plastic pollution in the environment, which due to COVID-19 is increasing. Through the design of the plastic waste shredding machine, the plastic will be selected by color and type of plastic composition, whether it is Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Polychloride vinyl (PVC) or Others (Plastic Mix), then it will go through the shredding process to become small plastic waste, which could be turned into filament for 3D printer.
